Conduct & Process
1 I have the right to decline any commission. I may decline commissions for a few reasons, whether that be improper treatment, refusal to follow the ToS, or if your commission or character is too complicated or falls outside of what I am willing to draw.
2 Your commission may take anywhere from a week to a month to be completed. You may ask for updates, but those who badger or harass me will have their commission stopped and refunded. Keep in mind that there may not always be an update!
3 All characters must have a visual reference. I will not work from descriptions or moodboards unless it is for a custom design. If you are basing your commission off of a photo, know that colors may not be completely accurate.
Payment & Refunds
1 Payment is to be sent upfront. Whether this is by half or full is up to the buyer. Upon request, I can also provide an initial sketch for your approval before payment.
2 Payment is to be sent and recieved through PayPal only. All payments should be in United States Dollars (USD).
3 Refunds will not be given after the art is complete, however, clients are eligible for refunds in select cases:
- If the art has not been completed within 6 months
- If the customer requests a refund during the sketching phase
- If the commission is declined and/or scrapped by the artist.
Copyright & Usage
1 Do not remove my signature and do not claim my work as your own. Commissions are also not to be used for commercial or in other forms such as NFTs.
2 Along with this, please do not repost my art onto sites such as DeviantArt, Buzzly, FurAffinity, or etc. You may, however, share on apps such as Discord or repost to Toyhou.se characters as long as credit is given.
